Capgemini Egypt is seeking a seasoned and proactive Senior HR Operations Analyst to lead and optimize HR operational processes across the full employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire). This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in HR operations, a strategic mindset, and a passion for enhancing employee experience through process excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Hire to Onboarding:
- Manage onboarding activities including documentation, system setup, and induction scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and
- Capgemini policies during hiring.
- Maintain accurate records in HRIS and subcontractor databases.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Support contract renewals, extensions, and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee data updates, role changes, and access provisioning.
- Liaise with payroll and finance teams for timely payments and deductions.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Manage timely and accurate processing of HR transactions.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal/external audits.
- Handle policy implementation and process improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Delivery teams.
- Act as a point of contact for employees' queries related to HR operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a multinational or outsourcing environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors) and advanced MS Office skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
