Job Summary:
The SEO Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s website to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance overall online visibility. The role involves keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, analytics tracking, and continuous performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website performance.
- Conduct keyword research and identify growth opportunities in target markets.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure for better search visibility.
- Monitor and fix technical SEO issues (site speed, indexing, crawl errors, etc.).
- Manage and analyze Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Collaborate with content writers and developers to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
- Track and report SEO performance (traffic, keywords, conversions, backlinks).
- Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithms and SEO trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in SEO and website management.
- Strong understanding of Google algorithms, on-page/off-page SEO, and link-building.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Experience in content marketing and keyword-based strategy.
- Familiarity with social media SEO integration.
