Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Cairo, Egypt. As a Real Estate Agent at August Real Estate, the primary responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice on market conditions, and creating comprehensive listings for properties. Daily tasks also involve conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and ensuring all

real estate transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Experience in Real Estate and knowledge of the Real Property market
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred
• Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations in Egypt
