We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team as the first point of contact for users. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customers receive timely, professional assistance. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist users with account setup, access, payments, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Escalate complex cases to the technical or operations team and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Contribute to FAQs, help center articles, and self-service resources.
• Provide feedback to internal teams

• on recurring issues to enhance platform usability.
• Ensure a positive, empathetic, and solution-focused experience for every customer.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service (preferably in SaaS, digital platforms, or online services).
• Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with helpdesk tools (e.g., HelpDesk, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
