We are hiring Telesales Representatives to join our sales team in Cairo. The role requires strong communication skills, fluency in both Arabic and English, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company services.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide detailed product/service information.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of

• calls and leads in the CRM system.
• Follow up with potential customers to build strong relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales scripts.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Previous telesales or call center experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
