• Job Description
• Communicating with Health Care providers through multichannel engagement tools
• Develop a list of targeted customer, Health Care providers screening, Health Care providers consent collection
• Scheduling, organizing Health Care providers call appointments & meetings
• Enhance product or medical awareness , answer queries & introducing different diagnostic options
• Establishing Health Care providers active list & identifying new business opportunities
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree holder in Pharmaceutical science/ Vet Medicine/ General Science
• Minimum 1 or 2 years’ experience within pharmaceutical industry / medical call center
• Basic Knowledge in digital marking is highly preferable
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a challenging environment
