Job Description

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems, infrastructure, and networks across the organization.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships to optimize technology investments.
• Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of hardware, software, and network resources.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify technology needs and deliver solutions

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to minimize downtime.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
