Job Description

• Develop detailed HVAC system designs for commercial, residential, and industrial projects in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for HVAC systems.
• Conduct load calculations, equipment selection, and ductwork/piping layout design using

• industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate HVAC solutions seamlessly into overall project designs.
• Perform site visits and inspections to assess existing systems and ensure proper installation of new HVAC components.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of HVAC equipment and materials.
• Participate in value engineering processes to optimize system performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and drafting teams.
• Ensure all designs adhere to safety, sustainability, and energy efficiency standards.
• Prepare project

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of proven experience in HVAC design engineering.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and design methodologies.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC design software such as HAP or Carrier E20-II.
• Familiarity with local and international codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and client interaction.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
