Job Description

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all engineering operations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and project requirements.
• Direct and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams across multiple large-scale civil and infrastructure projects.
• Develop and implement engineering policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize project delivery and quality.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and budgeting to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of works.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations across all engineering activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, innovation, and sustainability in engineering processes.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and technical excellence.
• Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and presentations, building strong relationships with key partners.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a senior engineering or management role within the construction or civil engineering sector.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale infrastructure or marine construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and industry regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex project portfolios.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with budgeting, resource planning, and cost control.
• Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment with occasional site visits.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
