Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Document Controller at Filopateer for Engineering and Supplies, located in Cairo, Egypt
. The Document Controller is responsible for managing project documentation, ensuring accurate and organized records, and maintaining document integrity and accessibility. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and maintaining document control systems, tracking documents through the project lifecycle, providing documentation support to project team members, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Document Management, Documentation, and Project Documentation
- Experience in Records Management and organizing project documents
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in digital documentation tools and software
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is desirable
- Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
