Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, compiling and analyzing data, processing tax transactions, assisting in general accounting, managing petty cash, and supporting the preparation of financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• General Accounting:
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in ledger entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Tax Compliance:
• Prepares and files monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns in compliance with related regulations.
• Assist in preparing and filing tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax returns.
• Maintain records of tax payments, deductions, and credits to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Make necessary tax adjustments for expenses in compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards
• Petty Cash Operations:
• Monitor and reconcile petty cash transactions, ensuring accurate records and timely replenishments.
• Analyze financial data to assess petty cash compliance and recommend corrective actions if necessary.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address any related issues proactively.
• Financial Reporting Support:
• Assist in preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or related roles.
• Very good at English Language
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, procedures, and best practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of tax preparation, general accounting practices, and financial analysis is advantageous.
