This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including screening & sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding qualified candidates. The role involves developing and implementing effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent. Additionally

, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

A minimal of 3 years experience in outsourcing, recruiting for technical positions, CS , Sales setters , VAs , Project managers and Executive Assistants worldwide. (Full-time not

freelancing).

Able to lead the Full-life Cycle Recruiting & having Recruiting skills

Interviewing and Hiring skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and remotely.

Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (a plus).

Previous experience with GHL (a plus)

C1- C2 English.
