Job Summary:

Sohoulat Wasoul is seeking a highly skilled Performance Manager with a strong background in advertising agenciesto lead, optimize, and analyze digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will manage performance marketing activities that drive measurable business results, ensuring efficient budget utilization and maximum ROI for client and internal campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Lead campaign planning, setup, optimization, and performance analysis for multiple brands.
• Manage a team of performance specialists and coordinate with creative, content, and account teams to ensure aligned campaign delivery.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve conversion rates, CTR, and ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
• Track and report key performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Data Studio.
• Optimize digital funnels to enhance lead generation, e-commerce sales, and overall performance outcomes.
• Manage and allocate performance budgets efficiently across channels to achieve business goals.
• Stay up to date with digital trends, algorithms, and best practices in performance marketing.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate marketing objectives into measurable performance goals.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing within an advertising agency.
• Proven experience managing large-scale campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Excel.
• Experience managing digital media budgets and delivering high ROI campaigns.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPC, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and management reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
• Arabic and English proficiency preferred.
