Join our fast-growing company as a Project Coordinator with German C1 level and English B2 language skills.
It is a remote full-time position.
Schedule: Monday-Friday,
9am - 6pm CET

- Compensation – $1500 during the probation period (1 month) , After probation : $1800 + up to $200 bonus based on KPIs
- Training will be provided by the company and the client;

Your Responsibilities:
- Control, track, and improve projects performance and KPIs (primarily QA and CSAT)
- Lead and manage the team of customer support agents in the local market
- Conduct QA checks and provide coaching/feedback sessions to agents
- Monitor and troubleshoot customer pain points, identifying root causes of dissatisfaction
- Lead the creation and maintenance of macros, templates, and internal knowledgebase
- Manage translations to ensure culturally and linguistically accurate communication
- Offer operational improvements based on market-specific insights
- Stay updated on local laws, regulations, and market dynamics
- Research and analyze customer expectations, market needs, and industry trends
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data and customer feedback
You are our perfect candidate if you have:
- Have spent at least 6 month working or studying in Germany over the last 5 years
- Experience in Customer support at least 3 years;
- German C1 level (fluent writing and speaking);
- English B2 level
- Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Problem-resolution skills;
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Self-employment. We will sign a contract with you as with independent businessman;
- Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- MS Office
- CRMs such as Zendesk or Zowie or any other
