Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservation Agent at ALO TRAVEL EGYPT, located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Reservation Agent will be responsible for managing and processing reservations via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service, handling receptionist duties, and effectively communicating with clients and colleagues to ensure a smooth booking process. The agent will also track and update reservation details and assist with any inquiries or issues that may arise.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Reservations and booking systems like ( TBO , WEBBEDS , WITHINEARTH , .........)
- Excellent experience in b2b hotel reservation.
- Excellent experience in create tourism packages ( Hotel , Transfers , sightseeing, ......)
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Excellent Phone Etiquette
- Excellent in using Microsoft office ( word , excel ,power point,......... )
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry for 2 years minimum is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred from one of the following faculties:
Tourism and Hotels, Arts (Languages Department), Al-Alsun (Languages), or Commerce (English Sections )
