We’re looking for a high-performing, data-driven digital marketer to join MAWARED HR, a fast-growing SaaS HR platform transforming how companies manage their people.
If you have a proven track record managing both paid social and Google Ads — and you’re obsessed with turning insights into results — this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
- Lead strategy, planning, and execution for paid social and Google Ads campaigns
- Analyze performance data to optimize ROI and scale winning campaigns
- Collaborate with brand and content teams to align creative with performance goals
- Manage and forecast ad budgets efficiently across channels
- Drive continuous testing, reporting, and learning cycles
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has exceptional experience in paid media management (Google Ads + Meta + LinkedIn)
- Understands full-funnel performance and conversion tracking
- Is both strategic and hands-on — comfortable owning results
- Thrives in a tech startup culture: agile, experimental, and ambitious
