➡Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Civil or Electrical .

- 2–5 years of proven experience in business development (B2G) .

-Press Releases and Public Relations skills .

-Experience in Strategic Communications .

➡Key Responsibilities:

1.Business Development & Partnerships :

* Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, contractors, and strategic partners.

* Identify opportunities for joint ventures or partnerships to strengthen bid competitiveness.

2.Post-Award Support :

* Support project handover and contract execution after award.

* Ensure alignment with contractual terms and monitor performance against KPIs.

3. Market Analysis & Reporting :

* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.

• Provide regular reports on tender status, win/loss analysis, and business pipeline.
