Job Description:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, optimizing account performance, and ensuring that customers gain maximum value from our solutions. You will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, working closely with sales, product, and support teams to deliver a seamless and satisfying client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Manage account setup, pricing plans, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor customer health, usage, and satisfaction to proactively address issues and identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product
- , Support) to resolve customer challenges and enhance service delivery.
- Gather client feedback to support continuous improvement and ensure long-term customer retention.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions and account performance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferably based in Giza Governorate.
- Experience or background in Supply Chain or Account Management is a plus.
