We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architecture - Working drawings Team Leader to join our dynamic technical team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Working Drawing Section, managing a team of architects and technical staff.
- Ensure timely and accurate production of detailed design and construction documents.
- Collaborate with design leaders to translate schematic concepts into fully coordinated architectural tender and technical packages and Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
- Coordinate with various engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) for seamless integration.
- Oversee project documentation and compliance with codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Contribute to project planning, resourcing, and delivery strategies across multiple projects.
- Coordination with Client / Site to study site queries / difficulties, finding solutions for the same.
- Collaborate closely with site teams to ensure constructability and provide technical support during execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture from a from recognized university.
- 10 years of proven experience within a consultancy firm.
- Strong portfolio of mega projects, particularly in the working drawing and tendering phases.
- Expertise in production design and technical detailing.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Deep understanding of architectural principles, construction technologies, and local/international codes.
- Professional user of AutoCAD, Revit, (Preferred SketchUp, and Photoshop)
- Professional user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
