We are looking for an experienced Organization Development (OD) Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational development practices and proven expertise in driving HR initiatives that enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement OD strategies to support organizational growth and change (operating model, org design, change roadmaps).
• Develop and roll out performance management, talent development, and employee engagement programs (frameworks, tools, comms, governance).
• Partner with senior leaders to identify areas for improvement and provide tailored, data-driven solutions.
• Conduct organizational assessments (structure, process, culture, capability) and recommend interventions with clear success metrics.
• Facilitate workshops and training to enable cultural transformation and facilitate the adoption of change

• Build change management plans (stakeholder mapping, comms plans, training, reinforcement).
• Establish OD analytics: define KPIs, dashboards, and cadence for reviews.
• Coach leaders and HRBPs on performance conversations, feedback, and talent planning.
• Manage OD vendors as needed (RFPs, SOWs, quality and impact tracking).
• Ensure diversity, equity & inclusion principles are embedded in OD programs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in OD or related HR fields.
• HR Services background is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of OD tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
