Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Insurance Advisor located in Cairo, Egypt. The Medical Insurance Advisor will be responsible for advising clients on insurance plans, providing financial consulting, addressing customer service inquiries, and ensuring effective communication with clients and insurance partners. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client needs, customizing insurance plans to fit those needs, and facilitating the insurance application process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance and Finance
- Experience in Consulting and Customer Service
- Effective Communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
