Job Description

• Supervise daily site operations to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to align on project specifications and deliverables.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
• Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Oversee the use of materials, equipment, and resources to minimize waste and optimize productivity.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a site engineering in interior finishings.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, site management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and project documentation.
