We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our Group’s Marketing Department. This role will primarily focus on social media management, supporting brand consistency, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity across channels.
- Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, website, paid ads).
- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and seasonal priorities.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging visuals and copy.
- Monitor campaign performance in collaboration with the media buying agency.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Align with internal teams across all companies within the Group to ensure unified communication strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on branding and digital channels.
- Proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for brand tone and consistency.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
