Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine scope of work and requirements.
Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and technical submissions.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and ensure best technical and commercial options.
Develop complete tender packages including technical proposals, method statements, project schedules, and compliance sheets.
Ensure tenders are submitted on time and in full compliance with client requirements.
Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and clarification discussions with clients.
Support negotiation and post-tender clarification processes.
Maintain a database of prices, quotations, and historical project data to support accurate costing.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to review tender outcomes and improve future submissions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / or related field).
Experience: +2 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or project engineering (depending on level).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and technical specifications.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Language Skills:
Excellent command of English (spoken and written) — required for preparing documents, correspondence, and technical communication
