- Over 10 years of professional experience in project control, planning, and administration for railway and transport sector projects.
- Specialized in developing and maintaining integrated project schedules, resource histograms, and progress curves using computerized project control tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel-based dashboards).
- Strong understanding of project management processes, cost control, and earned value management (EVM).
- Skilled in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams—engineering, procurement, construction, and supervision—to track progress, identify delays, and propose recovery strategies.
- Proficient in preparing progress reports, risk assessments, KPIs, and project forecasts for management and client review.
- Familiar with FIDIC-based contracts and construction planning best practices.
