Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Student Affairs Officer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting students, handling inquiries, coordinating academic and administrative services, and ensuring an excellent student experience

Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and support to students regarding academic and administrative processes.

Handle student inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.

Assist in registration, scheduling, and attendance monitoring.

Coordinate with instructors and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Prepare reports and maintain accurate student records.

Support events and activities related to students.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

in a relevant field.

1–2 years of experience in student affairs or a related role.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Flexibility to work on shifts.
