Job Summary:

Madkour Group is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Group Quality Control Manager to lead and oversee the company’s quality control functions across all EPC projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, standards, and company policies, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Quality Control Department across all Madkour Group projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the corporate quality control system, procedures, and inspection programs in line with international standards (ISO, IEC, ASTM, etc.).
• Oversee project quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and ensure proper documentation and traceability.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure all works comply with design specifications and contractual requirements.
• Supervise quality control teams at project sites and ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures.
• Conduct supplier quality assessments and site inspections to verify compliance.
• Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions

• (CAPA), and ensure their timely closure.
• Provide regular quality performance reports and KPIs to senior management.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality awareness and operational performance.
• Ensure alignment between QA/QC, HSE, and project execution teams for integrated quality performance.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline).
• Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or group-level QC management role within EPC companies.
• Proven background in Power, Energy, Water, or Infrastructure EPC projects.
• Strong understanding of international quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and EPC project quality systems.
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary inspection teams and coordinating with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
