Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Specialist located in Qesm El Maadi. The Account Specialist will be responsible for managing customer accounts, handling queries, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing account data, addressing customer issues, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate account management. The role requires close coordination with various departments to optimize service delivery and meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Background in Finance
• Outstanding Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Account Management
• Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 Years Experience in Same Position with Travel agents
