Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Team Leader located in New Cairo. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of

real estate professionals, providing guidance and support, and ensuring team performance meets company standards. Daily tasks include setting goals, monitoring team progress, facilitating communication, and handling brokerage duties. The Team Leader will also be involved in commercial real estate transactions and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Team Management skills
• Proven experience in Team Leadership
• Expertise in Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo
