Job Summary:

The Application Support role is responsible for providing first- and second-line support for the Autoline ERP system, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and timely resolution of user issues. The role requires close coordination with vendors, continuous performance monitoring, and active contribution to system documentation and user training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily operational support to Autoline ERP users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, coordinating with the vendor when necessary.
• Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues promptly.
• Maintain documentation of solutions, known issues, and support procedures.
• Assist in training and onboarding users on ERP processes and tools.
• Support basic data updates, imports, and validations as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Industry Background: Automotive or Retail (preferred).
• Computer Skills: Very good proficiency in computer applications and ERP systems.
