Establish and manage committees and working groups to address project issues and ensure governance practices.
Ensure meetings are well-organized, with clear
agendas, documentation of Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and follow-up on action items.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of Telecom infrastructure, systems, and standards (including telecommunication, security, and enterprise networking).
Proficiency in project management methodologies including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Expertise in industrial facility engineering and hazardous area classifications in oil & gas settings.
Leadership skills in managing multi-disciplinary teams, resources, and external contractors.
Experience with project performance reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement.
Ability to manage large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $2MM.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication, Project Management, or a relevant engineering field.
Experience: At least 15 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 8-10 years in an engineering role with a focus on telecom, security, or industrial projects. At least 5 years of experience in project construction and execution, particularly in the telecom or engineering sector.
Professional Certification: Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) and telecommunications would be an advantage.
