Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Giza for a Freelance Recruiter. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates, coordinating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. The recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining candidate databases and providing effective communication and feedback to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of HR digital transformation and recruitment tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
