Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, located in 6th of October. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating hiring processes, managing candidate communication, providing customer service, and offering administrative assistance. Daily tasks will include screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting the overall recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Experience in Hiring processes ( 3 to 6 months)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred (Grads only)
