Job Description

•  Installs, tr
• oubleshoots, services, related PC software, telephones, cables, and
  connectors.
• Manage Windows Servers (File and printing server, WDS, WSUS and Active
  Directory).
• Manage Firewall FortiGate or Sophos.
•  Troubleshoot network devices like routers, switches, Access points, IP Phones
  and Camera systems.
•  Maintains all support work orders in company ticketing system
•  Keeps Hardware inventory equipment and report’s findings of any problem.
•  Follow up to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
•  May participate in after-hours support via cell phone and remote access to PC
  and/or network.
•  Provide prompt and accurate feedback to internal customers.
•  Works with other teams and departments in performing tasks associated.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other
related degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Preferable to have CCNA, MCSA certifications.
- Having good documentation skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problems diagnosing skills.
- Previous experience in working with active Directory.
- Experience in Microsoft Windows.
- Proficiency in remote administration and troubleshooting of desktop PCs
- Experience in Networking Topology; Firewall installation; configuration
