Execute all inward/outward remittances (FTS/SWIFT/WPS/DDS/FX/INTERNAL TRANSFERS AND CHEQUES) and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information for each transaction.

Job Description:

• Execute incoming local and foreign requests after checking all presented documents to make sure that required information provided clearly and approvals obtained and that there are no discrepancies among the documents.
• Execute outgoing local and foreign requests along with published commissions and charges and FX if any after

• checking all presented documents to make sure that required information provided clearly and approvals obtained and that there are no discrepancies among the documents.
• Review the correspondent’s accounts reports sent by the finance dept on daily basis and reconciliate the outstanding amounts with the related pending transfers, in addition to ensuring the related settlements are properly processed.
• Process local/foreign transfers and review deductions for the transferred amounts and the related commissions.
• Verify swift

• messages to be issued to third parties to ensure the details are correct.
• Follow up the settlement of the returned FTS/SWIFT payments on daily basis through proper review for the related reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field
• 1 - 3 years of experience within the banking industry

Skills:

• Very good command of English & Arabic Language
• Proficient user in MS Office products (Excel, word, PowerPoint, …etc)
• Very good communication skills
• Detail oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks
