1. Job Seeker Platform
- Allows users to create a unique resume link like 1Resume.app/r/osama for easy sharing.
- Provides a real-time analytics dashboard to track resume views and engagement.
- Includes an advanced Resume Builder, fully ATS-compliant, helping candidates craft professional resumes.
- Features an AI Resume Scoring system — users can upload their resume, input a job description, and receive a detailed, accurate compatibility score.
2. Job Platform for Companies
- Enables companies to create detailed profiles effortlessly.
- Supports job posting with simple and intuitive tools.
- Offers a dedicated company dashboard to monitor applications, analytics, and performance metrics.
- Integrates AI-powered applicant ranking, automatically sorting candidates from most to least suitable with detailed insights — all before viewing any CVs.
Monetization Model
Our revenue strategy is based on subscription plans for companies, offering premium access to AI-driven features, analytics, and recruitment tools.
Role Overview
We’re looking for an Equity Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our founding team and lead all marketing and growth efforts. You’ll be responsible for shaping the brand, building user trust, driving adoption, and creating viral growth strategies for both the job seekers and employers sides of the platform.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI, recruitment technology, and product-led growth, who can combine creativity with data-driven decision-making to scale a global SaaS product.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for both job seekers and employers.
- Build and manage a marketing team as the product scales.
- Define and communicate brand identity, positioning, and messaging.
- Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through SEO, content, social media, and partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and tech team to align product growth with marketing goals.
- Manage marketing analytics to measure performance and optimize ROI.
- Identify and manage strategic collaborations and PR opportunities.
- Lead community growth around job seekers and companies using the platform.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing leadership, preferably in SaaS, AI, or recruitment tech.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, growth hacking, and analytics tools.
- Ability to develop and execute scalable marketing strategies with limited initial resources.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Passionate about startups, innovation, and building from zero to one.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and vision.
