Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging learning programs (e-learning, workshops, seminars)
• Conduct training needs assessments and skills gap analyses
• Collaborate with department heads to tailor development plans
• Facilitate onboarding and leadership development sessions
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback
• Manage LMS platforms and maintain training records
• Stay updated on L&D trends and integrate best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in L&D or talent development
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles
• Experience with LMS tools and digital learning platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
