What You’ll Do:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for head office and store roles
• Partner with managers to identify hiring needs and build strong candidate pipelines
• Represent Bloom’s employer brand across digital and offline channels
• Drive a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (retail/FMCG preferred)
• Strong communication and interviewing skills
• Proactive, organized, and passionate about people
• Fluent in English and Arabic
