Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Recruiter at BranSpect Company. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet the company's staffing needs. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and candidate management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
