We're seeking a remote, Full time Scrum Master with strong project management and Agile delivery skills to join our growing tech team. You’ll work closely with developers and the engineering leads to ensure sprint goals are met, align teams across departments, manage Agile workflows in ClickUp, and support product delivery with structure and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Help the development team achieve sprint objectives and remove blockers.
• Write clear and structured user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Manage sprint workflows and task boards in ClickUp.
• Align closely with engineering leads and attend product meetings daily.
• Write and maintain internal documentation for features and sprint delivery.
• Track developer output and measure team performance using Agile metrics.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team environment.
• Support communication between developers and other departments.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.
• Experience working remotely with distributed teams.
• Hands-on experience using ClickUp for project and sprint management.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Skilled at writing user stories, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
• Ability to coach developers and guide Agile delivery.
• Comfortable working closely with technical leads on a daily basis
