Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support Monglish Academy’s growth by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talents. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, collaborating closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience that reflects the academy’s values and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and process quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in the education sector).
- Strong communication, interviewing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
