About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Coordinator to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles, proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and excellent coordination skills to ensure smooth sprint execution and team alignment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospectives).
- Support multiple development teams in applying Agile best practices.
- Remove impediments and ensure smooth delivery of sprint goals.
- Track sprint progress and ensure transparency using Agile tools .
- Monitor team performance and suggest improvements to enhance productivity.
- Prepare sprint and project reports for management.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Coordinator / Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience working with cross-functional software teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
