Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based KSA, Madina for a Design Manager (KSA). The Design Manager will oversee and coordinate all design activities for various projects, ensuring design standards, quality, and delivery within given timelines. Key responsibilities include managing design teams, liaising with clients and stakeholders, translating project requirements into design specifications, reviewing and approving design documents, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role involves close collaboration with engineers, architects, and project managers to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
- Strong design management skills and experience leading design teams
- Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
- Excellent understanding of design principles, methods, and practices
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Knowledge of construction and engineering best practices, building codes, and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Experience with large-scale construction and infrastructure projects in the Middle East is a #Must
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
