About the Role:
Oxygen Dermatology is expanding across Egypt — and we’re looking for passionate and driven Medical Sales Supervisors to lead and grow our presence in the dermatology and pharmacy field.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of medical representatives within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, pharmacies, and key accounts.
- Plan and execute field visits, product presentations, and
- promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and medical teams to implement business strategies.
- Report market feedback, sales performance, and team progress regularly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales (dermatology experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Valid driving license and flexibility to travel within the assigned territory.
