Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Cairo, Egypt, with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining customer relationships, providing personalized insurance solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role involves daily communication with clients, delivering excellent customer service, and staying updated with insurance products and market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Proven Sales skills with a track record of meeting targets
- Knowledge of Insurance products and market practices
- Experience in Training and development in the insurance industry
- Proficiency in Arabic and English language
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
