Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Direct Sales Agent to join our Cairo team. This is a full-time, on-site role, where you will engage with customers, promote and sell insurance products, provide financial guidance, and deliver exceptional customer service.

✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships
✅ Promote and sell MetLife’s insurance products
✅ Provide expert financial advice to clients
✅ Deliver outstanding customer service and support

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Strong interpersonal and communication skills
🔹 Experience in customer service or sales preferred
🔹 Knowledge of finance and sales techniques
🔹 Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
🔹 Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
🔹 Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales, or a related field
