Role Overview:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help us attract and onboard the best talent across all Mighty Foods departments.
You’ll support the full recruitment cycle — from posting job ads and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process in coordination with the HR Business Partner.
- Post job vacancies on internal and external platforms.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Schedule interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and managers.
- Assist in preparing job offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure a positive joining experience.
- Update recruitment trackers and prepare weekly hiring reports.
- Support employer branding activities and recruitment events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or internships in HR.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and Egyptian labour law is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with LinkedIn or job boards.
- Positive attitude, integrity, and eagerness to learn.
