We're hiring: "English Customer Support Specialists" for e& UAE

•Role Description:

A full-time on-site role in which

an outstanding customer experience needs to be delivered by handling the customers' inquiries via chat, emails, or phone; providing personalized solutions and eventually achieving our problem-solving goal.

•What we are looking for:

• English fluency is a must! (B1+ Level)
• Excellent communication skills
• Grads & Fresh grads 0nly

•Working Conditions:

• 5 working days - Morning Shifts are available!
• 2 days off
• Max shift for ladies ends by 10:00 PM
• Rotational 24/7 for Males
