Job Overview
We are looking for motivated Telesales Representatives to join our on-site team in Cairo, Egypt.
In this role, you will contact existing students to promote course renewals, provide personalized learning recommendations, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Contact existing and potential customers to
- introduce course renewal options and drive conversion.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to understand customer learning goals and recommend suitable solutions.
- Monitor and analyze students’ progress and feedback to build renewal strategies.
- Address customer inquiries and provide excellent service throughout the renewal process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, or any related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with a positive, results-oriented mindset.
- High level of motivation to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on performance and commission.
