Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing phone communication, and enhancing customer experience. Daily tasks

include responding to customer queries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and service.

Qualifications

Customer

• 
  
• Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
• Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Phone Etiquette (Experience in F&B is a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
